From Brazilian trimester survey data, we found what was the probability of a given employee losing his job in the next 30 days and what was the probability of an unemployed person finding a job in the next 30 days.

With this predictor we could move toward a deeper understanding of employment moving past simple statistics and into individual’s employment risk.
