Demand for pizza delivery is highly stochastic and dependent on week day and hour. Finding the optimal quantity of delivery people for each time slot is very complex due to the variability of demand and the need of having a high percentage of delivery readiness.

We solved this stochastic integer programming problem and were able to reduce costs by 8% while having readiness over 80%.
